Rob Lindsay from Tresillian Wines discusses grape vine care and choosing a good wine

Rob Cope-Williams made the trip to Tresillian Wines in Akaroa to discuss wine with Rob Lindsay. Lindsay discusses their alternative methods of pruning, moving from cane pruning to spur pruning. Spur pruning removes less wood and is thought to encourage stronger and more vertical growth and is also a quicker process.
